As someone who lives next to the property that everyone is talking about – the former Star Market – I feel like there is an element of common sense that is missing from every meeting I’ve attended. I’m inclined to believe that people are being unrealistic in their expectations of what can be done with the parcel in question because either they have never been to the area or don’t frequent it enough to know what they are talking about.
