Goes a bit too far west, I think. Davis Square, Powderhouse, Ball Square, and the Brown School are not part of Winter Hill. I'd put the western boundary around Lowell Street and Magoun Square.
I agree the Powderhouse/Davis/Ball are not in Winter Hill, and I'd say that Highland Ave and the massive chunk of South Medford you've included aren't, either.
My two cents is to run the southern border of Winter Hill along the Lowell line, since it's the lowest point between Winter Hill and Spring Hill.
Western border: probably Trum Field, maybe the road just east of it. Then Broadway is the northern edge for a bit, as it runs right along the Medford/Somerville line. Once you hit the Main St/Broadway intersection, you extend that all they way to the Insterstate.
Eastern edge is McGrath Highway. No doubt about that.
